Kylie has had her first official photoshoot since being diagnosed with breast cancer.

Taken by her boyfriend Oliver Martinez as the two holidayed at Dolce & Gabanna's villa in Italy, the new pictures show Kylie with a stunning new cropped hair cut and her radiant smile back on her face.

News regarding dates for Showgirl are expected to be announced soon and there are rumours of a new Kylie single and album before Christmas.
